The Spirit Tree

"I was just another morning session in Santa Catalina de Veraguas, while walking to "La Punta" with Jacques Cousteau, my faithful local companion, when we came across a peculiar sight left by the tide. It was both beautiful and eerie, adorned with the marks of death. However, upon closer inspection, signs of life emerged. Creatures' figures adorned the surface of this driftwood, once part of a magnificent and lush tree. It dawned on me that death shouldn't necessarily evoke fear, sadness, or grief, but rather signify an eternal transformation."
